Conflicto negativo de competencia entre el juzgado segundo penal municipal para adolescentes de san gil y el juzgado catorce civil municipal de bucaramanga, este último se declara incompetente por considerar que los hechos que originaron la acción de tutela tuvieron ocurrencia en el municipio de san gil y el juzgado de san gil a su vez considera que el juez competente es el del lugar donde ocurrieron los hechos.
La corte determina que es competente el juzgado de bucaramanga por se el lugar donde se vulneran los derechos y por la competencia a prevención.

- Primero. DECIDIR el conflicto de competencia presentado entre el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal para Adolescentes de San Gil, Santander y el Juzgado Catorce Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, ordenando la remisión del expediente a este último.
- Segundo. Como consecuencia de lo anterior, REMITIR el expediente contentivo de la acción de tutela instaurada por Aidé Figueroa contra la Notaría Segunda de San Gil, Santander, al Juzgado Catorce Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, para que sin más dilaciones, tramite y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General COMUNICAR al Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal para Adolescentes de San Gil, Santander, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aquí resuelto por la Corte Constitucional.
